Policies

The terms, privacy practices, and service information for Value Fulfillment Services.

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Please read carefully. The following policies govern your purchase and use of Value Fulfillment Services' consulting services and digital products. If anything is unclear, reach out before you buy — we'd rather answer questions up front.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the consulting services, digital products, and engagements offered by Value Fulfillment LLC ("Value Fulfillment Services," "we," "us," or "our") through www.valuefulfillmentservices.com.

1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing a service or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Our services

We provide fulfillment and operations consulting across several tiers — from self-serve digital playbooks to hands-on implementation engagements. The specific deliverables, timeline, and format of each service are described on its listing at the time of purchase and confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Advice, not guaranteed outcomes

Our services provide professional guidance, analysis, and implementation support. Business results depend on many factors outside our control — including your execution, market conditions, carriers, and vendors — and we do not guarantee any specific cost savings, performance metrics, or business outcomes.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your operations, volumes, and systems.
  • Provide timely access to the data, facilities, and personnel needed for the engagement.
  • Remain responsible for your own business decisions, including vendor selection and contract signings.
  • Use digital products for your own business only — not for resale or redistribution.

5. Intellectual property

Templates, playbooks, and methodologies remain the property of Value Fulfillment LLC and are licensed to you for internal business use. Deliverables created specifically for your engagement (custom SOPs, reports, configurations) are yours upon full payment.

6. Payment

Prices are listed on each service page. Payment terms for larger engagements, including any deposits or milestones, will be confirmed in your engagement agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information — volumes, costs, contracts, and operational data — as confidential, use it only to deliver your engagement, and do not share it with third parties except as required to perform the work or by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, company details, billing information, and the operational data you share for an engagement.
  • Automatically collected: basic usage and device data through standard analytics and cookies.

How we use it

  • To deliver and personalize your services and engagements.
  • To process payments and send engagement-related communications.
  • To improve our services and respond to your questions.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal or business information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors and email tools), only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at Valuefulfillmentservices@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you buying the right engagement. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

Digital products (Essentials)

Because these grant immediate access to digital content, they are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you have not yet accessed the materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Advisory services & audits

You may cancel for a full refund up to 2 business days before your scheduled session or audit start. After work has begun, refunds are prorated at our discretion for work not yet performed.

Engagements & programs

Larger engagements reserve dedicated specialist time. Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any deposits are set out in your individual engagement agreement before work begins.

How to request

Email Valuefulfillmentservices@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Service Disclaimer

Important: Value Fulfillment Services provides operations consulting and implementation support. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, freight broker, or licensed customs agent, and our guidance is not legal, tax, or customs advice.

Professional advice

Carrier contracts, international shipping, product compliance, and tax questions can have legal and regulatory dimensions. For those matters, consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or licensed customs broker. We're glad to work alongside them.

Third-party providers

We may evaluate, recommend, or help negotiate with third-party providers (carriers, 3PLs, software vendors). We are vendor-neutral and accept no referral fees. Your contracts with those providers are between you and them, and we are not responsible for their performance.

Estimates, not promises

Any projected savings, throughput improvements, or benchmarks we provide are good-faith estimates based on the information available. Actual results vary with execution and conditions, and are not guaranteed.
